The first Lady of the Czech Republic Mrs. Klausova visited Pirkenhammer in order to add some new porcelain artworks to her collection of our fine china. President’s family has been using Pirkenhammer Rose set for years. Now Viennese set (Viden) 0009 is also the useful decoration of the President’s palace.

An authentic Pirkenhammer plate from the doomed ship Titanic has been sold on eBay, through DoorToDoorAuctions.com, for $10,000 USD to GoldenPalace.com, the Internet casino. The seller Jay Sherman, a homeless man with no money or computer skills, inherited the plate from his great aunt Eva, and sold it on eBay through intermediary DoorToDoorAuctions.com, an easy full-service online auction solution that helps sellers use the eBay auction system. "We are very excited by this purchase," said GoldenPalace.com CEO Richard Rowe. "This plate truly is a piece of history, as the sinking of the Titanic is one of the most famous events of the last century.
