Hard-paste

Unlike many modern manufacturers, we produce our own hard-paste to establish the quality of the porcelain at the very basics.
We have three levels of hard-paste control such as component, purity, and physical properties control.
Pirkenhammer hard-paste is regularly tested by independent research company KPCL.

Translucency

We weight each product before firing it, in order to select the most light and durable stuff.
We pay special attention to the surface of our porcelain in order to avoid micro cracks, thickness unconsistency, and foreign substances.
That's why our porcelain is so translucent when held to the light.

Thin body

We rely on traditional moulding technology to give Pirkenhammer porcelian the thin body that it has been valued for.

Decoration

We use the best ceramic paints and high quality decals. We employ hand-painting sufficiently to make our porcelain unique and exquisite. Our decals always fit porcelain body like haute couture dress fits its model.
